Who I am.
Half builder, half thinker, happiest when the two collide. I want to understand why something works, then go make the version that works better, and I'd rather learn that by building than by waiting for permission to try. It's how I went from a national operation's first SQL reports to analytics, then product, then applied AI, each layer learned by building the next. The same wiring runs at home: a smart home I built mostly to understand it, more DIY projects than I'll finish, and a miniature schnauzer supervising all of it.
I build and deliver AI products.
Seven years across data, product, and applied AI, most recently driving delivery for the Mobile App and ERP SaaS engineering teams alongside 15+ engineers. MCP servers wiring Claude into proprietary ERPs. Conversational analyst agents over Redshift and MySQL. Customer support agents through Twilio. The interesting work is where a language model meets a real business system and the answer needs to be correct.
Raya: Outbound Customer SMS Platform
Raya is Freedom Forever's family of customer- and rep-facing agents. I built the outbound customer-SMS platform on Twilio that reaches customers with full context, and expanded Raya's skills day to day.
